Our team is here to assist you in any order cancellations.  If you would like to cancel an order, please follow the steps below:

To get in touch with our team, in the top right corner click "sign up" using your email, Google, or Facebook account to submit a ticket. 

  1. Once your account is created click "New Support Ticket" to get started. 
  2. Please provide your Name, Email, AND Order Number within the description.
  3. Please provide a brief reason for your cancellation.
  4. Select "Cancel Your Order" for the Type of Inquiry.
  5. Once received by our team we will cancel and submit a refund to your account. Please allow some time for the refund to hit your account. 

Our team will get back to you within 3-4 business days confirming your order cancellation. Please note that orders that have already been sent out and are in transit and cannot be canceled.  Refer to our return policy page to find information on returning your chair.
