Orders are estimated SHIP 5-7 weeks from the date of purchase. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we still recover from the effects of COVID-19 and recent events.
If you have placed an order AND have received and a Shipping Confirmation message, please read the steps below:
Step 1 - After you have received your Shipping Confirmation message, you will receive an email notification when your order shipping status changes. This message will include a tracking number.
Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.
Step 3 - Click on details.
You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.
Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).
The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.
